How do I pay less on delivery?+
The delivery fee is calculated by the distance between the store and your address — never a flat guess. If other customers in the same administrative zone are ordering at the same time, you can split that fee with them and each pay less.
When do I pay, and for what exactly?+
At the very end. The courier buys your items at the store with their own money and attaches the fiscal receipt to your order — that receipt is the final price, product by product. You pay that amount at your door, in cash or by card on the POS terminal. Nothing is taken before the shopping is done.
Can I see what is being bought?+
Yes — live. Each product appears in your cart the moment the shopper picks it, with its price. If something is wrong — brand, size, price — reject it and it doesn't come. By the time the order leaves the store you know every item in the bag.
Can I order from two stores at once?+
Yes. The cart groups items per store, each with its own delivery line, and one button places both orders together.
How do I pay?+
Cash to the courier, or card at the door through the courier's POS terminal. You pick at checkout — nothing is charged before the order is placed.
Why do prices show a ~?+
Because shop prices and stock change. The app shows estimates until the shopping is actually done, and the catalogue is indicative rather than a stock guarantee.
