Referral Bot — Terms & Privacy

This document governs your participation in the Koshu Referral Program operated through the official Koshu Telegram bot. By starting the bot, generating a promo code, or sharing a referral link, you agree to the terms set out below. The Koshu Telegram bot is a service provided by Koshu SRL, a legal entity registered in the Republic of Moldova. Questions can be directed to support@koshu.app.

When you register with the bot, you receive a unique personal promo code. You may share this code with anyone who has not yet placed an order through Koshu. When an invited person enters your promo code and completes a paid order, you earn a referral reward equal to 50% of Koshu's service fee for that order. Each person you invite can generate rewards for you on up to 3 of their completed orders. After 3 qualifying orders from the same invited user, no further rewards are accrued from that person. There is no limit to the number of people you can invite.

Rewards are accrued automatically after an invited user's order is marked as completed in the Koshu system. Completion is determined solely by Koshu and typically occurs after successful delivery and payment settlement. You can check your current balance at any time by sending the /balance command to the bot. The balance shown reflects all confirmed rewards that are available for payout. Rewards that correspond to orders that are later cancelled, refunded, or disputed will be reversed from your balance.

You may request a payout of your available balance at any time by sending the /payout command to the bot. The bot will ask you to confirm your payment details before processing. Payouts are processed manually by the Koshu team within 3–7 business days of a confirmed request. Koshu reserves the right to request identity verification before approving a payout. The minimum payout amount is 50 MDL. Balances below this threshold can accumulate until the minimum is reached. Koshu is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by the referrer. If a payout fails due to incorrect details, it will be returned to your balance and you will be notified via the bot.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any accrued balance: • Creating multiple accounts to self-refer or generate fraudulent rewards; • Using bots, scripts, or automated means to place orders or manipulate the referral system; • Sharing promo codes on coupon or cashback sites, paid ad networks, or any platform not approved by Koshu; • Misrepresenting the Koshu service when promoting your promo code; • Any other activity that Koshu, in its sole judgment, determines to be abusive or contrary to the spirit of the program. Koshu reserves the right to withhold or reverse rewards obtained through prohibited conduct and to report such conduct to relevant authorities where applicable.

By interacting with the Koshu Telegram bot, you acknowledge that Koshu processes the following data: • Your Telegram user ID and username (or first name, if no username is set), as provided by Telegram; • Your promo code and the referral relationships it creates; • Your reward balance and transaction history; • Payout requests and the payment details you provide when submitting a payout request; • Timestamps of bot interactions relevant to the program. This data is processed for the purpose of operating the referral program, verifying eligibility, calculating and paying rewards, and preventing fraud. The legal basis for processing is the performance of the agreement you enter into by participating in the program (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR / Law No. 133/2011 of the Republic of Moldova). Payment details you provide during a payout request are used solely to process that payout and are not stored longer than necessary.

Referral program data (balance history, promo code usage, payout records) is retained for 3 years after your last interaction with the bot or after the closure of your referral account, whichever is later. This period reflects applicable statutory limitation periods. If you request deletion of your account, your balance will be forfeited if it has not been paid out. Deletion requests can be sent to support@koshu.app.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data Koshu holds about you in connection with the referral bot. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@koshu.app with the subject line "Bot Data Request" and include your Telegram username or user ID so we can locate your records. You also have the right to file a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (www.datepersonale.md).

Koshu may update these terms at any time. When material changes are made, the bot will notify active participants. Continued use of the bot after a notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version of this document is always available at www.koshu.app/telegram-bot-privacy.

The referral program is provided as-is and may be suspended, modified, or terminated by Koshu at any time with reasonable notice to active participants. Koshu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the referral program, including but not limited to loss of expected rewards due to order cancellations, technical failures, or program termination. Koshu's total liability to any referrer under this program shall not exceed the confirmed unpaid balance held in that referrer's account at the time of the claim.
